With an ambition to inspire Jharkhand's youth, the city ISKCON centre  conducted 'Mega Youth Festival' for the first time at it's centre @Kanke Road on July 16, Saturday.

The chief guest of the event was Dr. Lila Purushottam Prabhu (Director, IIT Mandi)  who shared the Magic Formula of Success  in professional & academic life.

The Mega Youth Festival aimed at teaching the importance of Character with Competence, Introspection with Ambition and Sensitivity with self- confidence.

The youth forum also acted as a wonderful platform for the young participants who got a chance to freely express the challenges they are facing in their life and seek spiritual solutions to those problems.

The essence of the event was to help the youth develop a higher perspective towards their life by helping them learn, practical application of the Bhagvad Gita.

More than 400 students from the prominent institutes of Jharkhand like NIAMT participated in the program. Dr KK Singh, professor from NIAMT also marked his presence in the event.

Madhusudhan Mukund Das, General Manger of ISKCON Ranchi also talked about various upcoming programs for devotees such as Discover yourself, Yuva Drishti and Learn Gita Live Gita which will prove to be instrumental, in cultivation of Krishna Consciousness. He also announced the launch of Gitaannushilam 2022, a colossal Bhagvad Gita competition for multiple age groups.He was accompanied by Madhukar Krishna Das, head of ISKCON Youth Forum Ranchi.

Today's event consisted of various programmes vis-a vis Drama, Rock Kirtan, Seminar and Quiz, and an interesting Q&A round. It was concluded by delicious dinner Prasadam for  all.
